Professional Practice Support
A live group container for professionals in the helping professions, including IFS practitioners, energy workers, artists, creatives, teachers, and group facilitators who want to have more impact via Self Leadership.
Self in Service is the third tier of Crystal Heart, the Way of Grace, and it works with and beyond the personal (tier 1), and relational (tier 2) levels to include the level of collective and systemic healing. This container is for professionals who are bridging their Self-energy, holding their awake space, and wanting to be a living field that can support others to transform.
Much of what are clients need to heal is beyond what can be done in 1-2-1 therapy - constrained by systems of oppression, we can help not only our clients but our wider community by engaging in collective and systemic healing - this is work that it is a privilege to do, not everyone has the capacity to bring attention to these larger healing themes, and when we practice this together genuine change is possible at a level unreachable by any individual alone.
The practitioner who comes through sustained engagement here does not just have more skills. Your nervous system is invited to reorganise around a deeper quality of presence. Your clients feel it. Your groups feel it. The work becomes less effortful and more potent at the same time, which is the paradox of Self-led service: the less you have to manage yourself, the more you can hold.
The most important variable in any healing or facilitative relationship is not technique. It is the quality of Self energy in the practitioner: the degree to which you can remain curious, calm, connected, and compassionate in the presence of another person's most activated, most defended, most frightened parts. This cannot be developed through theoretical training alone. It requires practice: live, witnessed, relational practice, in which your own system is tracked and worked with in real time, in the specific context of holding others. This is one outcome of participation in this membership: you will have the opportunity to entrain to more reliable and consistent Self energy when you need it most.
You will experience the Community From the Inside Out model and experientially practice the systemic and collective healing available when many Self led systems connect with this shared intention.
The membership offers you an ongoing, titratable, sustainable, holistic, integrative and rich relational container of professional support designed to empower you to bridge more Self leadership, make a bigger positive impact in your areas of influence, to contribute to collective healing, and to fully give your soul gifts.
I trust you can and will thrive in your practice. This membership is a way of supporting this in good company, with guidance and skilled facilitation making the journey more graceful, gentle, and efficient, and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to collective and systemic healing.
The requirement for participation in the live calls of this membership is that you align with the shared agreement for how we show up in the group spaces. It is important that you read it before joining and that you are willing to put it into practice when you join the calls live.
Opens in 2027 - Register your interest to be included - groups for tier 3 are curated based on your special interests and skills so will begin on a mutual schedule as each cohort fills
I am an evolutionary, facilitating transformation in many flavours
Whilst reform and revolution can change the structures, only evolution can change the conditions from and in which the structures are being built. This is why self-inquiry requires first that we access and integrate ourselves. When we are already working at the level of serving others, we still need a place where we can do the inner work. That is needed to help us to keep evolving, to keep integrating everything that is unfolding for us since we are all deepening always. A place where we can be resourced, where we can refine our art and our craft, and where we can feel in community more capable than we are alone. Our collective field, our shared self-energy, can create miracles of healing and support all of us to awaken with more grace.
Who this is for
This membership is for you if you resonate with the shared agreement we aim to uphold in group spaces. Read it before joining, here. I invite you to become a member if you have basic competency in IFS (IFS informed or trained) and are comfortable and familiar with parts language and, your professional practice is in the creative, helping, healing, or therapeutic arts, and you resonate with several of these statements:
